Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it.

Yes, our site Stresse Collective is in USD, along with the total cost of your order.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to: France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Mexico, Singapore. Please note, this can change at anytime and we are not held to shipping to these locations.

 

THE STYLE I WANTED IS SOLD OUT

Stressé Items can sell out quickly but there is a chance that we could be getting more in stock. Sign up for the product waitlist by entering your email address on the product page and you will be the first to know when that item comes back in stock.


WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Be sure to double-check your spelling. If you are still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team with your code and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.

 

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN YOU APPLY IT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. Please save this code for your next order!

 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team and we can check things from our end.

 

CAN I USE MY OWN RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FOR A DOMESTIC RETURN?

Return requests must be submitted through our return portal. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with your return shipping label.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $200 or more.  A flat rate of $8.95 is charged on all domestic orders under $200.  

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).  

All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country. 

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.  

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Check out our returns portal for an easy return process. The portal has everything you need to know to make your return.  All returns and exchanges must be sent back unworn in their original condition with the tags on, for store credit. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.  We do not provide free returns or exchanges on international orders.  All accessories items are final sale.
